Walter J. Weinrich concentrates his practice on complex insurance matters, including bad faith and extracontractual claims, insurance class actions, and regulatory concerns. At the behest of his clients, Mr. Weinrich has litigated cases throughout the country. He began his career representing corporate defendants in Worker's Compensation matters in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Since joining NLdH, Mr. Weinrich has had the pleasure of representing clients in state and federal courts, multidistrict litigation, and alternative dispute resolution forums, including arbitration and mediation.
