![]() Troy D. Sisum Troy D. Sisum concentrates his law practice on insurance recovery litigation, with an emphasis on workers' compensation subrogation matters throughout the United States. Mr. Sisum assists clients in recovering workers' compensation benefits paid by identifying third party recovery opportunities, by pursuing third party claims, and by intervening in pending personal injury claims. Prior to joining NLdH, Mr. Sisum practiced in civil litigation with a focus on construction litigation, products liability litigation, and premises liability defense. He has successfully represented clients through all phases of litigation, including ADR and serving as second chair for several jury trials to verdict in Pennsylvania and New York. Before going into private practice, Mr. Sisum worked for CIGNA Corporation, concentrating in Corporate and International Taxation, and at PFPC, Inc. as an Investment Accountant.
