Thomas J. Bracken concentrates his practice in the investigation and defense of insurance matters for insurance companies in first-party claims and insureds in third-party claims, as well as in the analysis and determination of complicated issues of coverage. He is experienced in handling all aspects of first and third party litigation in the areas of products liability, health care liability, employment discrimination, fraud investigation, declaratory judgments, and appellate issues. Mr. Bracken's insurance coverage practice has an emphasis on the sports disability market and contingency and event cancellation issues. In addition, he has experience in reinsurance-related matters and cases involving life, accident, health, and disability insurance.

Mr. Bracken is the co-author of an article, "Third Party Direct Actions in New York: Are They Proper?," which was published by the New York State Bar Association in The Handbook on Insurance Coverage Issues and Application. Prior to receiving his law degree, he served as a judicial intern to the Honorable William Tuohey of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Newark, New Jersey.
