Rebecca K. Hockenberry concentrates her law practice on insurance regulatory matters for all lines of business. Ms. Hockenberry also assists in Ohio insurance litigation.

Formerly, Ms. Hockenberry served as the Assistant Director of the Ohio State Dental Board, overseeing the Board's regulatory and enforcement activities. Ms. Hockenberry also served as the Dental Board's liaison to Ohio's pandemic flu planning committee, the Director of Health's Task Force on Access to Dental Care and the dental committee on impaired practitioners. Prior to joining the Ohio State Dental Board, Ms. Hockenberry served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Ohio Attorney General's office in the Health and Human Services Section. She is currently working towards her CPCU certification.
