Randall S. Rabe has a diverse litigation background. His focus is in the areas of health insurance, ERISA, and related compliance matters. Mr. Rabe represents health, life, and disability insurers, third party administrators, medical management companies, health care providers, stop loss carriers, plan sponsors, and other entities engaged in providing services to employer-sponsored benefit plans.

In addition to his legal training and experience, Mr. Rabe has served on the management teams at several health plan administration companies. Mr. Rabe was the president of a benefits administration and consulting company for over three years, and he also served as head of business development for a mutual insurance company and third party administrator.
