![]() Paulyne A. Gardner-Smith Paulyne A. Gardner-Smith concentrates her law practice in the area of complex litigation, with an emphasis on bad faith litigation and insurance coverage. She currently represents clients in state and federal courts. Prior to coming to NLdH, Ms. Gardner-Smith worked for ten years as an insurance defense litigator. She has an extensive background in the areas of medical malpractice, municipal liability and automobile liability defense work. In addition, she has years of appellate experience, having written briefs for and / or attended oral arguments before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Pennsylvania Superior Court and Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Gardner-Smith is actively involved in the Montgomery Bar Association, where she currently serves as Chair of one committee.
