![]() Matthew J. Brasch Matthew J. Brasch practices in insurance regulatory matters and complex litigation, with a focus on regulatory compliance and form filing. He is also part of a group that serves as coordinating counsel to a major insurance carrier, assisting in the defense of complex and class action litigation countrywide. Mr. Brasch formerly represented a variety of clients in product liability litigation and complex insurance defense matters, including asbestos and silica toxic tort litigation. In addition, he has been involved in various appellate matters in both state and federal courts. Mr. Brasch served as an officer in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard from 1996 to 2004. He was deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and was awarded the Pennsylvania Meritorious Service Medal.
