![]() Mark R. Fischer Jr. Mark R. Fischer, Jr. concentrates his practice on insurance coverage matters, defending insurers in breach of contract and bad faith claims, as well as assisting clients in the analysis and determination of complicated issues of coverage. Mr. Fischer also participates as a firm representative for a number of insurance industry associations, including the Philadelphia Loss Conference and the Pennsylvania Auto Crime Investigators Association. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fischer served a one-year clerkship in the Superior Court of New Jersey as Law Clerk to the Honorable Thomas P. Kelly. In May 2008, Mr. Fischer graduated from the FBI Citizen's Academy, Community Partnership Program.
