![]() Kevin M. McBeth Kevin M. McBeth concentrates his law practice on insurance recovery litigation, with an emphasis on workers' compensation subrogation matters. Mr. McBeth assists in the initial investigation and evaluation of claims and he advises clients regarding recovery potential. He aggressively litigates cases throughout the United States in state and federal court. As a former Berks County Assistant District Attorney, Mr. McBeth successfully prosecuted numerous trials as a member of the felony trial unit. While in law school, Mr. McBeth was an active member of the defense clinic and a judicial intern for the Honorable Rayford A. Means in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
