Joseph A. Juidiciani focuses his practice on insurance coverage matters and the defense of complex insurance litigation. Prior to joining Nelson Levine de Luca & Horst, Mr. Juidiciani served as a claims attorney for a national insurance company, where he was responsible for dispute resolution and coverage and analyses in the area of environmental liability.

During law school, Mr. Juidiciani broadened his legal education through his service as a judicial intern for Supreme Court Judge Robert F. Julian in Oneida County, New York, as well as through his internship with a general practice law firm.
