Daniel J. de Luca Blue Bell, Pennsylvania Partner
Daniel J. de Luca is a founding partner of Nelson Levine de Luca & Horst. Mr. de Luca's practice focuses on large-loss property subrogation: investigating losses, prosecuting and negotiating cases, educating clients and trade groups, and lecturing on recovery-related topics nationwide. He is particularly active in the National Association of Subrogation Professionals, regularly presenting on various topics at that organization's national and regional conferences. Notably, Mr. de Luca holds a co-chair position on NASP's Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter committee, was the keynote speaker at NASP's First Annual Litigation Skills Conference in 2006, and was the Property Track Coordinator for the 2008 Litigation Skills Conference.
After law school, Mr. de Luca worked as a forensic investigator for a private contractor assisting the U.S. State Department's advocacy before the U.S./Iran Claims Tribunal at The Hague. He thereafter worked at Philadelphia and New Jersey law firms handling insurance-related matters (Coverage/Fraud, Subrogation, Premises/Products Liability), as well as Employment Law and Commercial Litigation cases. In his career, he has tried numerous cases to verdict, and has frequently argued before state and federal appellate courts.
Mr. de Luca serves as NLdH's partner in charge of human resources matters.
