Scott Rybny concentrates his practice on the defense of first and third party insurance matters ranging from coverage and bad faith to reverse bad faith and fraud. He also represents insurers in the defense of life, health and disability claims, including claims brought under ERISA. In addition, Mr. Rybny provides guidance and training to claims professionals concerning a variety of claim handling matters in Pennsylvania.
